Summary of proposed development
These are some points taken from the planning application.
Please note that this is an outline application so the following is indicative. The final design could change at a later date other than the area of the site and the access point, as those are fixed if outline permission is granted.
1. 27 houses - semi-detached 3-bedroom, and detached and semi-detached 4-bedroom. No 2-bedroom.
2. 30 one-bedroom flats in a single 3 storey block.
3. 25 resident & visitor parking spaces for flats.
4. No clarity on affordable housing provision.
5. No clarity on contributions towards education and health facilities.
6. No highways improvements.

Points to consider when objecting
The following images show a resident leaflet from the last time this application was open to public consultation and the points remain valid.
However, please note that the number of houses is now 27 and the 30 sheltered accommodation units are now being proposed to be open market flats.
One new observation is that there are just 25 parking spaces for the 30 flats and visitors. The chances of increased car ownership from private flats over the previously proposed sheltered accommodation will put potentially even more parking pressure on local roads.
