We encourage all of you to submit an objection whether you live near the proposed developments or not. They will all have an impact on your life in Billericay in some way. They will put even more pressure on school places, access to doctors, dentists & hospitals, parking places, roads and trains. And we will lose valuable open spaces, wildlife and productive farmland.

A plan for 255 houses east of Greens Farm Lane and south of Beverley Rise, and 55 houses further south also east of Greens Farm Lane and north of Outwood Common Road. The two developments would be separated by new public open space opposite Mill Meadows.
