Blue = sites where a planning application is expected from land promoter information
Yellow = planning applications currently open for comments or objections
Purple = planning applications beyond consultation period, awaiting decision (not yet approved or rejected)
Pink = planning application decided (committee approved) and decision notice yet to be issued
Red = planning application decided (committee approved) and decision notice issued

Local Plan Site Allocations Map
The map below is our representation of the Policies Map taken from the draft Basildon Local Plan 2024/5. It shows where the council proposes to allow development should the Local Plan be adopted. Its worth noting that the planning applications above very closely adhere to the same areas.
