These maps show the latest position regarding approved planning applications, applications yet to be decided and where planning applications are expected.
Red = planning application decided (approved)
Purple = planning applications beyond consultation period, awaiting decision (not yet approved or rejected)
Yellow = planning applications currently open for comments or objections
Blue = sites where a planning application is expected following land promoter consultation.
Please note that these maps are maintained by us. They are not Basildon council maps. Also, they are not a version of the council's site allocation Policies Map for the emerging Basildon Local Plan.
