On Thursday 4th May 2017 we will be voting to elect Councillors to represent Billericay and Burstead Division on Essex County Council. There are 9 candidates for 2 seats.

- Will you do all that is within your powers to ensure that Essex County Council provides adequate infrastructure improvements in good time (before or during development) to meet the scale of housing provision that is finally agreed in the Local Plan?
