BAG simple Regulation 19 response form
We have studied the Council's published documents & guidance and asked them questions directly, and believe that this simple response form meets their basic requirements for a response to the regulation 19 public consultation.
Some of you may prefer to use this instead of the Council’s form/booklet or their on-line portal to make your submission.

How to complete the form
The BAG form can be completed as a Word document or can be printed and filled in. Add extra pages in need. Once completed the signed form must be sent to the Council by post or email to arrive no latter than 5 p.m. on Monday 17 December 2018. The addresses are on the first page of the form.
A copy of these instructions plus the key policies can be downloaded here;
- Insert your contact details in the From box top-right.
- Complete the 4 Council mandated tick boxes under Future Notifications as applicable.
- On page 2, tick the box against Sound.
- Against the 4 tests of soundness tick the 3 boxes - Justified, Effective and Consistent with national policy
- Tick whether you want to speak at the public examination nor not. This is a personal choice.
- Insert the Policy number for the part of the plan you are commenting on (see below for key policies.
- Add your comments. If completing as a Word document extra pages will be added as you progress. A continuation sheet is available if completing a printed copy.
- Sign and date. Scan and email, or put in the post.
