Near The Vale in Stock you have highlighted the area of the horses field just north of The Vale. This is private land owned by residents of The Vale. Pls advise

The map is an extract from the one provided by Basildon Borough Council to accompany the Local Plan. However, I believe your understanding is correct. No doubt the owners will be advising Basildon Council of their error in their Consultation responses.

Too many changes for too many wrong reasons that surely has something to do with excess immigration through poor border control. Some of the proposals sound pretty good to me (The A127 and A13 certainly need widening) but these towns were never supposed to accommodate such drastically increased residential estates and the required chain of changes is waaay too extensive in my opinion. Don't get me started on railways, I'm glad I drive and the prices and lack of quality of service is a joke. Comments are closed.

Aims of BAGTo protect the Green Belt around Billericay and elsewhere in Basildon Borough from loss through excessive and unjustified development.
To prevent the character of our historic towns from being changed forever. To ensure that any development that does take place is sustainable, with adequate infrastructure and prioritises local needs. We support the need for a new Basildon Local Plan and the need for more housing. But it must be of the right number, the right type and in the right places to best help local people obtain a home of their own.
