Whilst I understand that more housing is needed in Essex, 160 houses will bring with it further problems for the inferstructure , possible at least another 320 people trying to get on the already over crowded trains , into the already over stretched schools and clubs where there are long waiting lists , if these houses go ahead are there going to be any bungalows as they seem to be In very short supply in Billericay where planning permission is mostly always granted to turn them into large properties , leaving those that want to downsize unable to do so unless they leave the area.
