When the draft local plan comes out for consultation towards the end of January, it will be supported by a number of additional documents. Residents, like yourself, who are concerned about infrastructure can look for answers to these questions within the documents and respond accordingly. Schools and Highways are the responsibility of Essex County Council and GP services are commissioned by NHS England. It does state in the plan that developers will be expected to contribute towards infrastructure costs.
