The Three Amigos ride again, together

BAG, Billericay District Residents Association (BDRA) and the Billericay Society have joined forces to fight Basildon Council's Local Plan proposals to build up to 3000 new houses on Green Belt around our Town. This means that the combined number of residents the three groups represent is close to 50% of the population of Billericay. This is very exciting indeed as it clearly demonstrates to Basildon Council the desire of the town is to not build on green belt land. The groups will work together to ensure residents views are respected by Basildon Council and the Planning Inspectorate.

A joint event will take place in the Chantry Way Day Centre on Saturday 26 November to inform residents of the Council's latest proposals and to give advice on how to respond to the recently announced additional Consultation.
